Mariana has provided emergency triage, injury evaluation, and reconditioning services to middle school and high school athletic teams in the Rochester area. She has worked within the industrial athletic training setting with National Grid, Kraft Heinz, and Barilla, helping industrial workers stay strong and fit to perform their duties at the highest level and to ensure correct ergonomic use stations
or tools to reduce the risk of injury.

She has also served as the director of fitness at Village Physical Therapy in Canada where she implemented multiple athletic and fitness programs for a variety of age groups.

Mariana was a soccer collegiate athlete and continues to be a very active individual. Mariana believes that movement is medicine to help aid in the recovery from injury and perform at a high level. She strives to deliver performance programs to athletes and the general population to help them achieve their goals and reduce their risk of injury. She encourages her athletes to be the best they can be!

When she isn’t at Excelsior Sports Performance or Physical Therapy Clinic, you can find her enjoying time with her family and dog, or outside hunting!
