​Jim mollosky, MS, ATC, CSCS, LMT

Sports Performance trainer

Jim Mollosky has been in the sports medicine field for nearly three decades working with athletes of all ages and athletic pursuits. He spent 13 of those years with University at Buffalo Athletic Training providing his services primarily to UB’s Men’s Basketball and Rowing teams.


He joined the Excelsior Sports Performance Team in 2020. Jim is an avid runner, particularly on trails and ultramarathons. Jim has a huge passion for running and endurance sports in general and has honed his craft specializing in the care and treatment of those athletes, utilizing his skills of movement and gait analysis. After discussing a thorough history with his athletes, Jim then advises them on proper care, including soft tissue techniques, mobility work, and strength and conditioning.

 

One of his greatest accomplishments is running the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim! If you are a runner or endurance athlete, Jim will help you stay healthy and achieve
your goals.
